🪷 Membership Terms & Conditions

• All memberships are valid for 6 months from the date of activation.

• A unique membership code will be issued within 24 hours of purchase.

• Minimum visit requirement applies: Each membership has a required frequency of visits. If the appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours, results in a no show the member forfeits the rewards associated with that session and loose the membership entirely. Tardiness will affect the duration of your session.

• The membership fee will be refunded only if all six visits are completed within the term.

• The $15 administration fee and taxes are non-refundable.

• Cancellation & Tardiness Policy:

  • Full pricing applies for any late arrival (after 15 minutes), no-show, or late cancellation.

  • After a second late arrival, no-show, or late cancellation, your membership will be automatically canceled, all applicable services will be charged at full price, and membership fees will not be refundable.

• Membership discounts apply only to full-priced single services.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other specials, spa packages, or promotions.

• Discounted retail products are not eligible; membership savings apply only to full-priced retail items.

• Membership discounts cannot be combined with our referral program.
