Spa Services

All of our services are 100% non refundable.

    • If your credit card company contact us we have full proof your consent prior booking your appointment and binding agreement.

    Returns 

    Please contact us by email casaomwellness@gmail.com or info@casaomwellness.com to request a refund.

    You have 30 days to return an item from the date you've recieved it.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you've received it. Your item must be in the original packaging..

    To do a return in person please contact us immediately to arrange a time at our shop.

    Refunds 

    Once we receive your item, we will inspected it and notify you that we have received your return item.

    Once your return has been approved, we will initiate the return to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your credit card policies.

    E- Gift Certificates and Gift Cards

    Whether you have bought E-Gift Certificates or Gift Cards or both; you have acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions that these products mentioned above are 100% non-refundable. 

    Shipping Returns 

    Once order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and refund cannot be requested.

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. When you receive the refund, the cost of your initial shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund. If FREE Shipping was offered as part of a special. The total shipment amount of $20 will be deducted automatically from your refund to cover this service as it was originally part of a promotion or sale.

    Lost Packages

    Once our order has been shipped and given a track number, we are not responsible for your items lost in transit or theft while in the care of the mail company. We would ask to contact the mail service provider with your track number to track your item. Therefore refund request will not apply.

    Delivery 

    Local Delivery service is provided in the 15 KM ratio. Once package gets delivered as per delivery agreement, we are not responsible for theft. A picture proof of delivery will be given via text to ensure your package has been delivered safely. To avoid theft ensure your address is correct when placing an order with us and ensure there is an adult at home at the time of delivery. Delivery Fee is non refundable; if delivery service is provided as a special service during a sale, a delivery fee will be charge automatically of $15 and deducted from your refund.

    Chargeback Policy

    In the event that a chargeback is initiated by the customer due to a fraudulent claim or any other reason related to a transaction, the customer agrees to pay a chargeback fee. This fee will be charged to the customer in addition to any amounts owed as a result of the chargeback. The chargeback fee is $15 to $25 plus additional network fee for handling chargebacks that could up to $50.

    The customer is responsible for promptly paying any chargeback fees incurred. If a chargeback is deemed to be fraudulent or unjustified, the company reserves the right to pursue additional legal action, including the collection of the chargeback amount and any associated costs.

    If the customers chargeback is found deemed fraudulent all specials such as Free Local Delivery $15, Free Shipping $20 and Special discount such as Glow Loyalty 10% will be annulled and will be charged in full. They will added to a final bill to customer, along with the chargeback fee and processing fee. If payment is not received we will follow with legal action against deemed fraudulent chargeback customer and we will send it to collections and credit report.

    Also it will result of being permanently banned from our physical business, online business and any future businesses.
